Note: All our products are certified organic and grown using sustainable farming practices. We take pride in the quality of our produce but cannot guarantee specific results from our consultancy services.

We strive to deliver all products in a timely manner. However, delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, transportation delays, or other force majeure events.
Risk of loss and title for products purchased from Farmology pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged or lost shipments.
Delivery Areas: We currently deliver to select areas as specified on our delivery page. We are continually expanding our delivery zones.
We guarantee the quality of our products. If you receive damaged, spoiled, or incorrect items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund.
Due to the nature of consultancy services, refunds are provided at our discretion based on the circumstances. Please contact us to discuss any concerns about our consultancy services.
Farm tour tickets are non-refundable but may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice, subject to availability.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Farmology and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.
Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Farmology.

Important: Our total liability to you for all losses, damages, and causes of action (whether in contract, tort, or otherwise) shall not exceed the amount you paid to Farmology in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Farmology, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us to request account deletion.
All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
